These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made in Spain and any other European country by StarLed Iluminación to individuals, legal entities and public entities.
PRICES
The prices published on https://starlediluminacion.com are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices for direct sales to the public include the VAT applicable on the day of the order, any change in VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products on sale. The prices shown for professionals with special rates will be exclusive of VAT.
SHIPPING AND INLAND TRANSPORTATION METHODS
1. Purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order.
2. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders due to transport causes. Our shipments to mainland Spain are 24 hours, however, due to circumstances of the transport companies (road closures, weather conditions, accidents, etc,...), on some occasions and / or populations delivery may be delayed to 48h/72h.
3. However, its delay shall not imply either cancellation of the order or any compensation whatsoever.
4. An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package(s) to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods upon receipt and to indicate any anomalies on the delivery note.
5. We can ship direct from Asia to any country in the world.
As a general rule, orders are shipped by the shipping agency within 24 hours after receipt of payment, the tracking number will be automatically sent to your email account. For some populations 48 hours.
To ensure you a better attention and a better service from the transport agency we work with, all shipments will be insured. The amount of the insurance is 1% of the taxable base of your order (visible in the purchase process of our website), which is calculated automatically and without option to deactivate.
Return policy
THE FOLLOWING WILL BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT IN ADMITTING A REFUND
You may withdraw from the Contract at any time within 15 working days from the date you receive your order.
In this case, you will be reimbursed the price paid for such products.
You will be responsible for the direct costs of returning the product.
* The product must be returned in perfect condition and including the original packaging. No product manipulated by the customer, misuse, breakage, etc. will be exchanged or credited in this case will lose all warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as power surges or dips, abnormal use of the product, fire, water, electrical storms, accidental drops or improper use by individuals or companies not authorized by StarLed. The warranty does not cover wear and tear or improper use of hours, or failures caused by improper installation or improper handling and storage. Failure due to wear and tear, misuse and negligence before or during use. The warranty does not cover claims for natural loss of brightness or degradation of brightness.
Likewise, we reserve the right to study each returned product by independent specialists, being the warranty exempted in case it is demonstrated by the competent authorities that the breakage has been caused by the customer or user, as well as the partial breakage of the product to force the use of the warranty for the return or refund of the product. It is important that returns to technical support are perfectly packed and protected, without stickers or labels on the original packaging of the products. In the event that the product arrives at our facilities with damage attributable to poor packaging or protection, the repair may not be covered by the warranty. For this you must use the original packaging and protections. If you do not have it, use a sturdy box of sufficient size to allow the equipment to be inserted loosely, and underneath, on top and around it, place enough protective material (bubble wrap or paper or foam balls, etc.) to prevent the equipment from moving inside the box. Do not forget to indicate on the shipping label the invoice number provided by StarLed.
