The gasket construction, sealing system and diffuser ensure a high degree of protection (IP66) against dust, contamination and water penetration. This rating allows the power strip to be widely used in spaces with dusty and humid environment.

The power strip body is available in reinforced polyester in light gray (RAL7035), which gives it excellent temperature resistance, mechanical stability and electrical insulation. In addition, it resists impacts from various chemicals and adverse weather conditions. Its size and shape stability at changing temperatures is excellent.

The diffuser is made of injection molded opalized PMMA, with unique non-aging properties and high chemical resistance. Its luminous efficiency is extremely high thanks to a high light permeability of up to 90%. In addition, its light dispersion is well balanced, allowing excellent light uniformity without shadows and glare. Its light opening angle is 120°.

The gasket between the diffuser and the housing is made of silicone-based injected foam. The diffuser is fixed to the body with stainless steel vandal-proof clips and the equipment holder (reflector) is made of white powder coated steel sheet.

El Driver Osram cuenta con potencia seleccionable en cuatro opciones: 25W que entrega 2800Lm, 32W que da un rendimiento de 4300Lm, 38W que entrega 5100Lm y 44W da un rendimiento de 6000Lm. La placa LED de diodos optimiza la gestión térmica de la luminaria para evitar el contacto directo del portaequipos y el driver, aumentando así la vida útil de la regleta.

The luminaire tray where the LED diode plate is placed is made of sheet steel with oven-dried white powder coating. The luminaire fastening clips are safety clips: special tamper-proof stainless steel clips that cannot be handled with bare hands.

 

Our LED Strip has a lifetime L70B50: 72.000h - L80B10: 50.000h -L90B10: 25000h, that means:

• L70B50: After 72,000 hours of operation, the light emitted by the power strip will have a luminous output of 70% of its original value (L70) and that the 50% of the luminaires in a large sample will maintain that luminous output (B50).
• L80B10: After 50,000 hours of operation, the light emitted by the power strip will have a luminous output of 80% of its original value (L80) and that 10% of the luminaires in a large sample will maintain that luminous output (B10).
• L90B10: After 25,000 hours of operation, the light emitted by the power strip will have a luminous output of 90% of its original value (L90) and that 10% of the luminaires in a large sample will maintain that luminous output (B10).

 

Resistencia a los impactos: La cubierta de la luminaria fabricada en PMMA (polimetilmetacrilato), con índice a impactos de IK08. El IK ( norma internacional IEC 62262) es una medida de la resistencia mecánica o impacto de un producto eléctrico o electrónico y se utiliza para indicar el nivel de protección contra los impactos externos en una escala del 0 al 10. IK08 es una clasificación dentro de la escala IK que indica que el equipo ha sido probado y aprobado para soportar un impacto mecánico de hasta 5 julios (J) de energía (se dejar caer 3 veces una bola de acero de 1,7 kg de masa desde una altura de 0.2 metros). Si el equipo pasa la prueba sin sufrir daños significativos, se considera que cumple con la clasificación IK08 de resistencia al impacto.
